Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlannerSpaces, a team workspace for planning, boards, diagrams, and communication. By creating an account or using PlannerSpaces, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PlannerSpaces.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PlannerSpaces to:

• Break the law, or infringe the rights or intellectual property of others.
• Send spam, or upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, or our systems.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You own the content you create in PlannerSpaces — boards, pages, diagrams, messages, and uploads. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service. Content you place in a shared workspace, or send as a message, is visible to its intended members or recipients. You are responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it.

4. Third-party services

PlannerSpaces can connect to third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. How we handle data from connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We work to keep PlannerSpaces available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We recommend keeping copies of critical information.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlannerSpaces and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using PlannerSpaces and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use PlannerSpaces after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
